Ovia (“we”, “us”) operates the Ovia mobile and web application (the “Service”), available at ovia-ai.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Last updated September 2026.
1. Information We Collect
Account: your email, name, and a hashed password.
Wardrobe content: photos of clothing you upload, plus AI-generated metadata such as category, color, brand, and style.
Usage: outfit generations, saved looks, favorites, and wear history.
Payment: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide AI styling, wardrobe organization, and insights; to manage your subscription; and to improve our features using aggregated or anonymized data.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Uploaded images are kept in access-controlled storage and linked to your account. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the Service: with Stripe for payments, and with AI providers to generate your outfit and classification results. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page. You may request a data export by contacting support.
6. Data Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active and is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
7. Children
Ovia is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
