Ovia is an AI wardrobe stylist. You upload photos of your clothing, and the Service organizes your wardrobe and generates outfit recommendations.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Ovia Premium is offered at $4.99/month or $49.99/year, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period once charged, except where required by law. Canceling stops future charges.

You agree not to abuse the Service, reverse engineer it, upload content you do not own or that is unlawful, or attempt to access another user’s data.

Outfit suggestions are generated by AI and are opinions, not professional styling advice. You are responsible for your own choices.

You own the photos you upload. You grant Ovia a limited license to use them solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovia is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
