Cancellation Policy

You can cancel in any of the following ways:

• In the app: go to Profile → Manage membership and cancel through the Stripe customer portal.
• Through Stripe: use the cancellation link in your original subscription confirmation or renewal receipt email.
• By email: contact ovia.aicontact@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period (the month or year you have already paid for), after which your account reverts to the free tier.

7-day free trial: new monthly subscribers get 7 days free. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged the $4.99 monthly fee, automatic renewal is stopped, and you keep Premium access until the trial ends. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling is free and takes effect right away for future billing.

If you delete your Ovia account, any active subscription is also cancelled and will not renew. Refunds for the current period follow our Refund Policy.
