Refund Policy

Ovia Premium is billed in advance on a monthly ($4.99) or annual ($49.99) basis. Once a payment is charged, the subscription fee for the current billing period is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges — you will not be billed again after your cancellation takes effect. You keep access to Premium until the end of your current billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel an annual plan mid-cycle, your access remains active until the year ends.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a cancellation, contact us at ovia.aicontact@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you may have under your local consumer protection laws, which may entitle you to a refund in certain circumstances.
